The owner returned the full deposit after 25 days, no arguments. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.

Deposit came back in full 7 days after we handed over the keys. Move-out charges were never explained. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.

Got the whole deposit back in 17 days, no deductions. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
