Deposit came back in full 13 days after we handed over the keys. Water supply was reliable all year, even in May. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
₹44,000 was kept for repairs, which felt fair for the time we stayed. What was left came 24 days after we moved out. Move-out charges were never explained.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
