Deposit came back in full 23 days after we handed over the keys. Water supply was reliable all year, even in May. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
₹48,000 was kept for painting, which felt fair for the time we stayed. The rest took 23 days to arrive. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
Problem: Hard to reach
