Got the whole deposit back in 6 days, no deductions. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.

₹17,000 was kept for repairs, and no bill was ever shown. What was left came 33 days after we moved out. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
