₹49,000 was deducted for cleaning without any itemised bill. What was left came 38 days after we moved out. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list.
₹50,000 went on painting; the owner showed us the bill, so no complaints. What was left came 39 days after we moved out. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days.
