Deposit came back in full 22 days after we handed over the keys. Respectful about our privacy; never dropped in unannounced. Good light, quiet neighbours. Would rent again.
₹69,000 went on repairs; the owner showed us the bill, so no complaints. What was left came 34 days after we moved out. Getting hold of the owner was hard; calls went unanswered for days.
Problem: Deposit partly withheld
Problem: Hard to reach
