Not a rupee of the deposit came back. Get everything in writing. Repairs dragged on; a bathroom leak took two months to fix. Think twice, and document everything if you do take it.

The deposit never came back, despite months of calls. The exit charges came as a surprise, with no list. I wouldn't rent here again without a lawyer reading the agreement.
Problem: Deposit not returned
Problem: Unclear moveout charges
