Full deposit returned within 14 days of moving out, by bank transfer. The owner was hard to reach once the rent was paid. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.

Deposit came back in full 17 days after we handed over the keys. Every repair needed three reminders and took weeks. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Repairs took months
