Full deposit returned within 17 days of moving out, by bank transfer. Move-out charges were never explained. Decent place; take dated photos at move-in.

Deposit came back in full 16 days after we handed over the keys. Repairs dragged on; a bathroom leak took two months to fix. Fine for the price, but list what's included before you sign.
Good: Deposit returned full
Problem: Repairs took months
